Here are the different variables you can insert in the Thank You Text and in the Timeline post title and description. Variables can also be included in your redirect URL.

{last_answer}	Participant's answer to the last question
{first_name}	The first name of the participant, if provided
{last_name}	The last name of the participant, if provided
{time}	Total time to complete the poll in the format MM:SS. i.e. 01:34
{time_sec}	Total number of seconds to complete the poll
{date}	Today's date
